The open-plan living area is where the harbor view comes through most clearly, framed by large windows and stone flooring. A dining table seats the group for meals in, and a fully equipped kitchen sits alongside it. Because the villa is built across multiple levels, the living spaces aren't all on one floor -- worth knowing for guests who'd prefer single-level living.

The main terrace holds a private pool with an infinity edge, ringed by loungers and shaded seating that look out toward the harbor and Gustavia below. It's set up for sunset gatherings given the harbor-facing orientation, and there's room on the terrace for a full group to sit outside together.

Six en-suite bedrooms are spread across the villa's levels, sleeping up to twelve. The primary suite has a private terrace with harbor views, and the remaining bedrooms are arranged flexibly enough for families or groups traveling together. Storage space is generous in each room.

Gustavia is St Barts' main town, and Roxane sits within it, close enough to reach the island's shopping and dining on foot or with a short drive rather than a long one. That proximity is the main tradeoff against the more secluded villas in Saline or Gouverneur -- Roxane gives up open-ocean isolation for being genuinely close to where the island's restaurants and shops are.
