Elevated headland, known for its sunsets

About
Pointe Milou is a rocky headland on the north coast, almost entirely residential and known for its sunset outlook. Villas are elevated rather than beachfront, and many are laid out so that every bedroom takes the ocean view. There is no beach on the point itself, with Lorient and Marigot a few minutes away, so this is an area chosen for privacy and the view rather than for walking to sand.

Pointe Milou’s villas run four to five bedrooms, smaller on average than Lurin or Mont Jean, and nearly every one is laid out to put the ocean view in front of every bedroom rather than just the living areas — a deliberate design choice repeated across the headland’s houses. There’s no beach on the point itself; Lorient and Marigot are both a few minutes away by car.
The headland’s real draw is the sunset outlook, which is why it tends to suit couples and smaller groups prioritizing the view and quiet over walkable beach access.
Good to Know
No — it's a rocky headland with no swimmable beach. Lorient and Marigot beaches are both a few minutes' drive away.
Its position on the headland faces open water to the west, and most villas are laid out so every bedroom, not just the living areas, takes in the view.
Four to five bedrooms — smaller on average than the island's other hillside group-villa areas like Lurin or Mont Jean.
Both work, but its smaller villa sizes and privacy-and-view positioning make it a common choice for couples and small groups specifically.
