Jangali, Flamands

The living space uses stone and wood rather than an all-glass approach, giving the interior a warmer feel than some of the more minimalist villas on the island. Sliding glass doors connect the living room directly to the terrace, so the transition between indoor and outdoor space is unobstructed. A separate media lounge and a dining area round out the interior, giving guests a spot to watch something without taking over the main room.

A private pool is the centerpiece of the outdoor space, surrounded by sun loungers, with a shaded terrace nearby for al fresco dining. Because the villa has direct beach access, the outdoor living area effectively extends past the pool terrace down to the sand at Flamands Beach -- not every villa on the island can say that.

Five en-suite bedrooms accommodate up to ten guests. The primary suite has a private terrace overlooking the surrounding landscape, and the remaining four bedrooms are sized to work for couples or for children sharing with family. All rooms are air-conditioned.

Flamands Beach is one of St Barts' more recognized beaches, and Jangali has direct access to it rather than simply a view. That's a meaningful distinction for a group that actually wants to walk to the water each day instead of driving to a different beach. The villa is close enough to the island's dining and cultural spots to reach them without a long drive, while still being set in a beach-adjacent rather than town-center location.
