La Pointe – Gustavia, St Barts

Large windows frame the ocean view across open-plan living spaces finished in stone and wood, with high ceilings that keep the multi-level layout from feeling closed in. The living room connects directly to the dining area, sized for the full group of fourteen to gather at once. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi cover the practical needs of a longer group stay.

A private pool anchors the outdoor space, with terraces spread across the villa's multiple levels rather than a single deck — useful for a large group that wants to split into smaller clusters during the day. The upper terraces catch sunset views over the water, making them the natural gathering point in the evening.

Seven bedrooms in total, six of them en-suite — worth noting if room assignments matter for a group this size. The primary suite has its own terrace with ocean views; the remaining rooms are arranged flexibly enough to work for families with children or paired couples.

Gustavia is St Barts' main town and yacht harbor, and La Pointe sits close enough to it that guests have real walking or short-drive access to restaurants, boutiques, and the harbor itself — a different proposition from the more remote villas on the island's north and south coasts. The tradeoff for that convenience is a busier, more built-up feel than an isolated hillside or beach setting.
