Not every villa marketed as “near the beach” is actually on it. Twelve villas across three areas — Flamands, Lorient Beach, and St Jean — currently have confirmed beachfront or direct beach access in our collection, meaning steps from the villa to the sand rather than a walk or a drive.
Beachfront Villas in Flamands
Flamands is one of St Barts’ longest beaches, and every villa listed below sits directly on it.
Villa Ela is an eight-bedroom villa sleeping 15. La Maison De La Mer is seven bedrooms, sleeping 14. La Romance is six bedrooms, sleeping 12. Jangali is five bedrooms, sleeping 10 — the smallest beachfront option on Flamands, and a fit for a smaller group that still wants direct sand access.
Beachfront Villas in Lorient Beach
Every villa currently listed in Lorient Beach has direct beach frontage, split between confirmed beachfront and direct-beach-access properties.
La Plage and Villa Felicita are both seven bedrooms, sleeping 14. Palm Beach Villa is five bedrooms, sleeping 10, with direct beach access. Maverick Villa is four bedrooms, sleeping 8, also with direct beach access.
Beachfront Villas in St Jean
St Jean is the island’s busiest beach, and not every villa there is beachfront — these four specifically are.
Villa Neo is six bedrooms, sleeping 12, directly on St Jean Beach. Seala and Villa Ixfalia both have direct beach access, at five and four bedrooms respectively. Castelle Villa is the smallest at three bedrooms, sleeping 6, also with direct beach access.
Choosing Between Them
Flamands and Lorient Beach carry more of the confirmed-beachfront properties and skew toward larger group sizes; St Jean adds the option of a shorter, more central stay closer to restaurants and the airport, in smaller villa sizes. Villas listed as “oceanfront” elsewhere in our collection are a separate category — on the water, but not necessarily on a swimmable beach — worth knowing the difference before booking based on beach access specifically.
