Thirteen villas in our collection run seven bedrooms or more — built to keep one large group, or several families traveling together, under a single roof instead of splitting across two houses.
What Counts as a Large Villa Here
Our Large Villas collection covers seven-bedroom-plus properties sleeping into the high teens and beyond, spread across the island — on the sand at Flamands and Lorient, on the hillsides at Mont Jean and Lurin. The largest currently listed is an eleven-bedroom estate in Mont Jean sleeping over twenty guests.
The Largest Options
Estate Palmier Royale in Mont Jean is eleven bedrooms, sleeping 22 — the largest single-villa capacity in our current collection. Villa HVHH in Lurin is nine bedrooms, sleeping 18. Villa Ela on Flamands Beach, Manoir Voltaire in Vitet, and Villa Jade in Marigot are each eight bedrooms, sleeping 15 or 16.
Seven-Bedroom Options
At seven bedrooms, sleeping 13 to 14 guests, the collection includes La Maison De La Mer and La Plage (both beachfront), Villa Felicita in Lorient Beach, La Pointe in Gustavia, Palmier Royal Seven in Mont Jean, Les Lataniers in Anse des Lézards, Firefly in Anse des Cayes, and Epicure in Marigot.
Where Large Villas Tend to Sit
Mont Jean and Lurin carry the widest bedroom ranges on the island specifically because they’re hillside — space to build wide rather than tall, without the lot constraints of the beach villages. Flamands and Lorient Beach offer large villas with beachfront access instead, at a slightly smaller scale. Neither is better than the other; it’s a question of whether the group wants beach-step access or hillside space and views.
